Hello, I'm Naoko!

Professionally, I am passionate about expressing emotions through product design to enhance user moods. But in my spare time, I enjoy tinkering with my home server, writing, playing with my cat, and spending time with my girlfriend.

I’m a trans girl who advocates for accessibility, privacy, and mental health. Under this philosophy, I hope to design inclusive products that contribute positively to people’s lives, always respecting their right to privacy and ownership.

I enjoy finding and configuring new docker services on my server and trying out Linux distros—hopefully committing to one soon. I like staying on top of geopolitics, reading about the latest developments and memorizing borders and flags. I love listening to pop rock, indie, and EDM.

As you’ll find on the blog, I was diagnosed autistic in 2023, as well as with POTS in 2025.
